The Little Church with a Big Heart

Yvonne Haislip, Custodian: Mother of five children, two horses and thirty-five chickens. Proud grandmother, as well.

Jon Krueger, Music Director and Administrative Assistant:  Jon, born and raised in Cleveland, OH, has been a musician his entire life, beginning his education with group piano after his mother taught him what she knew. He then entered the Cleveland Music School Settlement in Cleveland, OH. He holds a B.A. in music composition and an M.A. in orchestral conducting, and was music director of many amatuer ensembles and community theater productions in Tecumseh, Ann Arbor, Brighton and Chelsea. Not particularly interested in religion at first (believing churches to be followers of social change rather than leaders) he finally succumbed to leading himself and became director of music at St. Andrew the Apostle Catholic Church in Saline, MI for 13 years. He occasionally sings with the Jackson Chorale and has composed and arranged many pieces of church music over the years, as well as written pieces for various purposes outside church, including Chaplin Revisited, a ballet, Never a Bystander for the film of the same name by ex-wife Evelyn Neuhaus, Three Church Sonatas for solo violin, Three Songs in a Twelve-Note Style, as well as some pedagogical piano works. He is currently working on settings of poems by Kenneth Patchen for vocal soloists, choir and orchestra which he hopes to finish by early 2018.

Andy Rieman, Financial Secretary : Andy is a Physical Education teacher at the Middle School at Parkside, as well as a Jackson High asst. swim coach and a summer baseball coach.  If you have a questions about your pledge, he's the 'go-to' person!
